RESERVATIONS & RESORT POLICIES

We are Adult Only, minimum age to rent 25 years.  Minimum age as a guest, when part of a family booking 19 yrs. old. 

Prior to finalizing your reservation, please review our policy’s and your suite choice carefully our suites are rented individually.  The one you choose on line is the suite we book for you.

We don’t have hide a bed, roll away beds and we don’t allow anyone to exceed the maximum occupancy per suite, townhouse or cabin.

 

We accept: VISA, M/C, AMEX and e transfer as payment

 Upon arriving WBRO Host will ask to verify your ID which must match with payment.

(ID must be government authorized picture ID).

LIMIT PARKING

Cabana & veranda suites are assigned 1 parking spot

Townhouses & Lake Breeze Cabin are assigned 2 parking spots

Additional parking is limited to the street

 

BOAT TRAILERS

We have no parking available for boat trailers, guest can leave their trailer at the Township of Osoyoos boat trailer park location over the bridge on the right hands side of HWY 3 (there may be a fee charged for this service)
